F 1 Track chain assembly structure and technical

Products quality assurance, every products will through the hardness testing and through the magnetic particle testing machine to ensure whether there is a crack before out of the factory. After quenching and tempering the hardness of the internal parts will have HRC28-32. After surface medium frequency quenching, the hardness is HRC52-56, the depth of hardening is 6-12mm, ensure the strength and wear resistence.
